Maddux Thanksgiving

On Thanksgiving day we went out to my mom and dads most everyone one was there except for My sister Jennifer's and my niece Jess. Colby and Kalli had lots of fun with there cousins and I guess I must have been eating most of the time, because I didn't take very many pictures at all!

Hoskovec Thanksgiving

We had the Hoskovec Thanksgiving on Saturday! It was wonderful of course, ate tons and spent lots of time with family!

Soldier's Birthday Party

Colby got to go to a special birthday party for soldier's! Which I might add was way cool! We had a great time they got to get there face painted to jumping jacks, march, an obstacle course, lunch, cake, ice cream and so much more!!!!

I believe I captured the whole group for a brief moment all sitting down, with Colby's famous thumbs up!

Deer Hunting 2008

Well there are alot of stories for deer hunting 2008, but I don't know if I should share them all on the blog! Needless to say I did not get a deer this year and it was my first year hunting, oh well there is always next year! I feel rude I did not get a picture of Troy's deer, sorry! But the bottom picture is of my nephew Austin Swanson from Holdrege and he shot his first deer this year here in southwest NE! I am very proud of him!

My Babies!

Colby has had the flu this week at our house, so we have not left the house except to go to the doctor! He is getting better and knock on wood the rest of us are NOT sick! Stay tuned...

But I was looking at old pictures of the kids while they were napping they are both a little over a year in these pictures!

Fireman's Ball

We attended the Fireman's Ball again this year! Sabrina, Barb and I dressed up as Wizard of Oz characters! We had a lot of fun and also won the group contest! Brother and sister in-law Todd and Gayle Hoskovec won the individual competition in the men and women contest, but I didn't get pictures of them. Todd was a duck hunter and Gayle was a duck!

Ryan Large was a rodeo clown and he needed someone to paint his face! So he came over and we helped get him ready!

Halloween

Well the surgery went well! Here is a finished photo or the doctor, the patient and Snow White!

The doctor had to bandage up Kalli's legs and she was admitted into Hoskovec Community Hospital for the evening!

Dr. Nader had to use some special tools on our little girl!

Kalli stayed strong and was a real trooper!

Needless to say everything was a success and we had a fun evening!

Carving Pumpkins

We carved Pumpkins this year three different times! Of course we grew all of them except for the 2 big ones from Walgren's! It was alot of fun!
